Privacy Complaints

Privacy Policy pursuant to and for the purposes of Article 13 of European Regulation No. 2016/679

Pursuant to and for the purposes of Article 13 of European Regulation No. 2016/679 (hereinafter the "Regulation"), we provide you with the following information regarding the processing of personal data that you provide to us to obtain information about our products and activities.


1. Data Controller

2. Personal Data

Personal data means any information that concerns you and is referable to you.

Specifically, the processing will concern the following data: name and surname, company or entity of belonging, email address, telephone number and may also concern further data that you indicate in the request form in the non-mandatory fields (hereinafter the "Data").


3. Purposes of Processing

The Data will be processed solely for the management of complaints, appeals, suggestions, and comments, as provided for and regulated by standard UNI CEI EN ISO/IEC 17020, which governs the activity of accredited inspection bodies, UNI CEI EN ISO/IEC 17025, which governs the activity of accredited testing laboratories, and UNI CEI EN ISO/IEC 17024, which governs the activity of bodies that perform personnel certification.


4. Legal Basis for Processing

The processing of your Data is based on the consent you have expressed.


5. Methods of Processing

Within the scope of the purpose indicated in the previous point 3), your Data will be processed in paper form and by electronic means, in compliance with the regulatory provisions on the processing of personal data, adopting adequate security measures.

The processing of your Data will be managed by specially trained and instructed personnel, precisely to ensure its adequate security and confidentiality, as well as to prevent risks of loss and/or destruction and access by unauthorized persons.


6. Communication and Disclosure of Data

If necessary, for activities related to the management and maintenance of IT systems, the Data may be processed by the specifically appointed Data Processor company.


7. Data Retention Period

Your Data will be kept for a period of 10 years from the date of their collection, without prejudice in any case to the possibility of withdrawing consent as per the subsequent point 8).


8. Rights of the Data Subject

With reference to your Data, you have the right to request from the Company, in the manner indicated by the Regulation and subject to the provisions and limitations of Legislative Decree No. 196/2003 (Part I - Title I - Chapter III):

  • access, in the cases provided for (Art. 15 of the Regulation);
  • rectification of inaccurate Data and integration of incomplete Data (Art. 16 of the Regulation);
  • erasure of Data for the reasons provided for (Art. 17 of the Regulation), such as when they are no longer necessary for the purposes indicated above or are not processed in compliance with the Regulation;
  • restriction of processing for the cases provided for (Art. 18 of the Regulation), such as when the accuracy of the Data is contested and their correctness needs to be verified;
  • portability, i.e., the right to receive, in the cases provided for (Art. 20 of the Regulation), in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, the Data and to transmit such Data to another data controller;
  • object to processing, in the cases provided for (Art. 21 of the Regulation).

You also have the right to withdraw your consent at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing carried out before the withdrawal.

9. Complaint

Should you believe that the processing of your Data violates the provisions of the Regulation, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority as provided for by Art. 77 of the Regulation itself.


10. Nature of Data Provision

The provision of your Data is a necessary requirement to allow us to manage the complaints, appeals, suggestions, and comments you propose.

Failure to provide your Data makes it objectively impossible to follow up on them.


11. Transfer of Data Abroad

Your Data are stored at the Company's premises and on servers located within the European Union.
