Specifically, the processing will concern the following data: name and surname, company or entity of belonging, e-mail address, telephone number and may also concern further data that you indicate in the request form in the non-mandatory fields (such as, for example, residential address) (hereinafter the "Data").
Your Data will be processed to respond to your request, provide you with the relevant information and the requested quote.
The processing of your Data is based on the consent you have expressed.
Within the scope of the purpose indicated in the previous point 3), the processing of your Data will be carried out in paper form and by electronic means, in compliance with the regulatory provisions on the processing of personal data, adopting adequate security measures.
The processing of your Data will be managed by specially trained and instructed personnel, precisely to ensure its adequate security and confidentiality, as well as to prevent risks of loss and/or destruction and access by unauthorized persons.
If necessary, for activities related to the management and maintenance of IT systems, the Data may be processed by the company specifically appointed as Data Processor.
Your Data will be kept for a period of 1 year from the date of collection, without prejudice in any case to the possibility of revoking consent as per the following point 8).
With reference to your Data, you have the right to request from the Company, in the manner indicated by the Regulation and subject to the provisions and limitations of Legislative Decree No. 196/2003 (Part I - Title I - Chapter III):
You also have the right to withdraw your consent at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing carried out before the withdrawal.

If you believe that the processing of your Data violates the provisions of the Regulation, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority, as provided for by Article 77 of the Regulation itself.
The provision of your Data is a necessary requirement to respond to your request, provide you with the relevant information and the requested quote.
Failure to provide your Data makes it objectively impossible to carry out the activities indicated above.
Your Data are stored at the Company's premises and on servers located within the European Union.
